Wedding Catering - Graham Nunn marriage to Rachel, King George's Hall, High St, Esher

3 course meal - 120 diners (inc band etc) (111 Indian meals, + 8 British meals + 7 kids menu. 8 personnel supplied, 2pm to midnight inc full bar staff

Dear Pat and Dominique,
Rachel and Graham are on honeymoon for a couple of weeks and I wanted to contact you now rather than wait for their return - to say how much your fantastic food was enjoyed on Saturday. I've heard from so many people who had either decided to try the main menu but were a little unsure what to expect, to those who know and like dishes with names the same as those you produced. Without exception the comments have been either 'I didn't expect Indian food to be so delicious' to those who who rated it as the best they've tasted and 'thirds' were enjoyed. Thanks so much.
My daughter-in-law told me today, however, that you may have had trouble locating the crockery you needed (she came to the bar area to feed her baby) If that was the case I'm really sorry as I understood that the boxes were to be laid out in the kitchen for you. As far as our guests were concerned everything ran seamlessly!
A number of us turned out on Sunday to tidy up and had the pleasure of demolishing the leftovers. I only wish we'd left more!

Fund raiser for Macmillan Cancer Relief, held at Grayshott Hall, Surrey.
Curry Evening 100 diners - starters and main course plus demonstration.
What can we say? We all enjoyed a remarkable evening a tasty food. Thanks to your generosity, we raised £700 for the fund.

Celebrating The Year of the Pig (and the Mayor’s pig collection on display at Haslemere Museum, Surrey).

The Mayor & Mayoress of Haslemere together with the members of La Confrerie de la Queue du Cochon d’Haslemere and on behalf of all present wish to express their appreciation and grateful thanks to Dominique & Pat Chapman Of The Curry Club for everything they did to help us celebrate The Chinese New Year of The Pig on Saturday 17th February 2007 at The Haslemere Educational Museum. And also to preview the exhibition of The Mayor’s Pig Collection
The home-made Chinese food was wonderful, the service utterly professional and together this helped set the scene for an evening that whilst (intentionally) silly, will be remembered by most for many a long day as well as having raised more than £800 for the Mayor’s Charities.
