Pat and Dominique's Snaps - Taj Malabar Hotel, Cochin

 

            

Left: The Taj Malabar, has a private jetty, which is used for residents to take a back water trip. Right: This boat is part of the restaurant and gives a feeling of dining on the water.

            

Left and Right: The Indian and Continental Sunday Buffet is very popular with residents and locals alike.

            

Left and Right: Dominique has a henna tattoo applied to her ankle. The speed of these Mehndi artists is amazing, they are just so quick! (Pat noticed that her husband did absolutely nothing, but accept her wages!).

            

Left and Right: Don't worry, no needles are used, the 'henna' dye is applied using a cone-shaped plastic bag (rather like an icing bag) and wears off in approximately three weeks (it depends on how many baths you take!
