The title page credits Colin Poole as our photographer. All the photos were shot here at Curry Club headquarters in Haslemere, Surrey in the south of England.

So on page 88 and 89 we carry Madras Curry recipes, which include Madras Curry Gravy, Meat, Chicken, Prawn, Vegetable and Balti Madras and Tikka Madras Curry. On the left of page 88 is a description of a spice, in this case Cumin, while on the right is a life size picture of Cumin.
