Some of our canapés may require cooking on site, on your facilities, but can be served ready cooked and cold.
- MINI MURGH KEBAB - marble-size sphere of chicken breast ground with garlic, ginger, spices, coriander leaf, oven baked, served with cachumber in a bite sized pastry cup - £1.00.
- TANDOORI HAASH TIKKA - duck breast marinated in tandoori spices, oven baked - £1.50.
- TANDOORI CHICKEN TIKKA - chunk of breast chicken marinated in red tandoori spices and yoghurt, oven baked - £1.00.
- MURGH TIKKA SATAY - a spiced chicken strip on a bamboo skewer, oven baked - £1.00.
- MINI MEAT SAMOSA - lightly spiced minced lamb, in a deep-fried triangular pastry case - £1.00.

CANAPÉS CALCULATOR - THE FOLLOWING FORMULA WORKS WELL
- If your party is less than 1 HOUR LONG - You will need 5 CANAPÉS per diner.
- If your party is 1 HOUR LONG - You will need 6 CANAPÉS per diner.
- If your party is 1.5 HOURS LONG - You will need 8 CANAPÉS per diner.
- If your party is 2 HOURS LONG - You will need 10 CANAPÉS per diner.
ORDER NOTES - THING YOU NEED TO KNOW
- No minimum order if ordered with main course.
- If waiter service ordered - canapés will be served on stainless steel serving platters with quality paper napkins.
- If no waiter service ordered - canapés will be delivered in tuppaware.
