They absolutely loved their course and said one of the highlights was your great personality. We all sat down to a curry supper that night and the main word on all our lips was 'sublime'. ... on the 3rd November 2007 my sister and a bunch of us had a Pat Chapman cookery course for her hen weekend which was brilliant. He is a very funny man and his wife and him make an entertaining due. This was inexpensive and I thoroughly recommend it to all. Since then I have been madly buying his books which make such authentic curries your guests and eaters will be amazed and even think its better than your local restaurant.'
