Choose TWO RED - PROTEIN DISHES

  • Asapato (Puerto Rico) - chicken stew with ham, peppers, tomato, baby corn, peas and capers
  • Beef Curry (Bermuda) - Indian influenced, a medium curry with rich sauce
  • Pollo Criollo (Cuba) - chicken simmered in onion, tomato, coriander seed, paprika and chilli
  • Jerk Chicken or Beef (Pan-Caribbean) - a marinade of sweet, hot, salty tastes
  • Stoba (Curaçao) - lamb, garlic, sun-dried tomato, orange juice, curaçao, celery, squash
  • Pepper Pot (Trinidad) - chicken and pork, casava root patra leaf, brown sugar, chilli

Choose TWO GREEN - VEGETABLE DISH

  • Squashee (US Virgin Islands) - spiced, roasted butternut, marrow, pumpkin, courgette
  • Palva (Pan-Caribbean) - spinach, sweet potato, tomato, peppers, peanuts. Nigeria
  • Papas Andean (Peru) - potatoes, turmeric, garlic, onion, soured cream and cottage cheese
  • Regina's Stew (Jamaica) - plantain, yam and sweet potato curry

Choose ONE BLUE - RICE DISH

  • Riz et pois Rouges (Haiti Creole) - long grained rice fried with red kidney beans
  • Moris Y Cristianos (Cuba) - black beans and white rice
  • Rice and Peas (Pan-Caribbean) - chick peas and rice
  • Saffron Rice (Pan-Caribbean) - Basmati rice with turmeric and saffron

  • up to 40 diners - £17.00 per head
  • up to 60 diners - £15.00 per head
  • up to 80 diners - £13.00 per head
  • over 80 diners - £12.00 per head

  • Instead of chicken or lamb, you may order pork and beef, or the other way around!
  • Duck, prawns or King prawns can be ordered at a £2.00 supplement per diner
  • £200.00 minimum order
