Choose TWO RED - PROTEIN DISHES
- Thai Green Chicken - home made paste, spring onions, coconut milk, lemon grass, lime leaves, green chillies
- Thai Red Lamb - home made paste, carrots, coconut milk, lemon grass, lime leaves, red chillies
- Thai Yellow Pork - home made paste, yellow peppers, coconut milk, sweet potato, chillies
- Chicken Musseman Curry - home made paste, galangal, tamarind, palm sugar, sliced mushrooms
- Pork and Cashew Nuts - sliced pork fillet, sticky sweet spicy sauce, with cashew nuts
- Lamb and Mint - stir-fried lamb, garlic, galangal, spring onions, chillies, bamboo shoot slices and mint leaf
Choose ONE GREEN - VEGETABLE / SALAD DISH
- Northern Thai Vegetables - cauliflower, brocolli, spring onions, celery, carrots, peppers, baby sweetcorn and tamarind in savoury chilli sauce
- Southern Thai Vegetable Stew - potato, sweet potato, carrot, squash, onion, celery, coconut sauce
- Papaya Salad - shredded green papaya, quartered cherry tomatoes, long beans, dried shrimp, red chillies and garlic in a palm sugar, lime juice, fish sauce dressing
- Vegetable Salad - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, in a dressing of coconut milk, lime juice, palm sugar and fish sauce
Choose ONE GOLD - NOODLE DISH
- Bangkok Street Noodles (Phad Thai) - rice ribbon noodles, garlic, galangal, palm sugar, peanuts, chillies, bean sprouts, spring onions, basil
- Egg Noodle Stir-fry - wheat noodles, garlic, ginger, basil, coriander, peppers, carrot flowers, shredded cabbage
Choose ONE BLUE - RICE DISH
- Basil Fried Rice - Thai Jasmine rice combined with a stir-fry of Thai herbs
- Black and White Rice - Thai Jasmine rice with Thai Black rice (not American wild rice)
- Coconut Rice - Thai Jasmine rice with coconu
