Several cookbooks were published to help the 2004 Tsunami charities (see East meets West ~ Click Below)This one's approach was to collect recipes from celebrites in fields wider than and including the world of food, all of whom donated their contributions free of charge.
Recipes are supplied by, amongst many others: Princess Michael of Kent, The Archbishop of Canterbury, Sir John Major, Mrk Knopfler, Terry Wogan, Judy Dench, Ismail Merchant, Sir Cliff Richard, Delia Smith, James Martin, Jamie Oliver, Anthony Worrall Thompson and yours truly, Pat Chapman, who contributed several Thai recipes.
It is an international cookbook and is well illustrated
