This is the book which accompanied a well-produced BBC television production.
The concept is that three chefs cook a dish each, a starter a main course dish and, yes! the pudding.
Pat did the pudding (Shahi tukre) with Ken Hom (main course) and Paul Rankin (starter).
And on another programme, Pat did the main course (Balti) with Madhur Jaffrey on satrters (bhajis) and Sophie Grigson on puds.
The book has the 36 recipes from these shows all the 12 shows and many well-known chefs. Each show'sdishes are shown in colour plates.
