This course will enable you to cook a full Japanese main course with Dominique and Pat Chapman, which will serve at least 6 people.
The menu includes:
- Japanese Chicken Curry
- Sake-simmered Prawn (Omaru-ebi gusoku-ni) Translates as “prawn in armour”
Superb demo item at the luxury end. Big King Prawns are simmered in a stock of saké*, mirrin*, dark* & light* soy, and sugar. Leeks, fresh shredded ginger and Japanese herbs are blanched and delicately cut into parcels and presented on the plate. - Tepanyaki beef
- Udon noodles
- Tamago egg Rice
- served in a Bento Box.
