Held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays all year round

This course will enable you to cook a full Malaysian/Indonesian main course with Dominique and Pat Chapman, which will serve at least 6 people.
The menu will consist of the following:

• Beef Rendang Curry
• Nonya Chicken Curry
• Vegetable Curry
  
• Nasi Goreng fried Rice.
