Held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays all year round

This course will enable you to cook a full Chinese main course with Dominique and Pat Chapman, which will serve at least 6 people.
The menu will consist of the following:

Beef Black Bean stir-fry

Sweet and Sour Chicken

Chinese Vegetable Curry

Bean Sprout and Bamboo Shoot

Peppers Egg Noodles

Seven Treasure Fried Rice
