Held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays all year round

This course will enable you to cook a full Thai curry main course with Dominique and Pat Chapman, which will serve at least 6 people.
The menu will consist of the following:

Papaya and Longbean Salad (Som Tum),
Green Chicken Curry,
Chiang Mai Vegetables,
Pad Thai Noodles
Thai Black and White Rice.
