This course will enable you to cook a full Indian curry main course with Dominique and Pat Chapman, which will serve at least 6 people.
Make four types of bread, plus seven chutneys with Pat Chapman.
This course is fully vegetarian.
- Unleavened bread: Chupatti and Paratha
- Leavened bread: Plain Naan plus Peshawari or Garlic or Chilli Naan
- Seven home-made chutneys:
- Spicy Tomato Chutney
- Tandoori Mint Raita
- Podina ~ coriander and mint
- Coconut Sambol
- Cachumber Salad
- Carrot & Tamarind
- Fresh Green Chilli Chutney
- and cold Chana Chaat
