Duration: 1 hour. Doors Open: 12.30pm.
The Tasting Plate consists of all the dishes demonstrated, which include Butter Chicken - Murgh Makhani, Chicken Jalfrezi - three minute stir-fry, Pullao Rice - cooked by absorption, Chupatti - Indian flat bread, Chana Chat Salad - cold chickpea salad and Tandoori Mint Raitha - yoghurt and mint dip.
The Tasting Plate concludes the 3 hour Curry Cookery Course.
Note: The Tasting Plate only (not the course) is available for spouses, partners, guests of course participants at amazingly good value of £5.00 per plate. Admission for the Tasting Plate is at 12.30 and by ticket holders only. The Tikka Masala and Chicken Jalfrezi can be made vegetarian. Please notify us of time of booking. Large car park at venue.
