Pat Chapman brings his popular Saturday Morning Curry Course from Surrey to Suffolk

Duration: 3 hours. Doors Open: 9.45am. Start: 10.00am. Finish: 1.00pm.
After a welcoming coffee or tea, and chocky biscuits, Dominique and Pat Chapman show the spices and flavourings needed to make an India meal. They will then demonstrate a full Indian curry main course which will serve at least 6 people.
This consists of two different popular chicken dishes, cooked using two completely different methods. The original Butter Chicken - Murgh Makhani, Chicken Jalfrezi - three minute stir-fry, Pullao Rice - cooked by absorption, Chappati - Indian flat bread, Chana Chat Salad - cold chickpea salad and Tandoori Mint Raita - yoghurt and mint dip. Everyone will get a tasting plate of these dishes.
Note: The Tasting Plate only (not the course) is available for spouses, partners, guests of course participants at amazingly good value of £5.00 per plate. Admission for the Tasting Plate is at 12.30 pm and by ticket holders only. The Tikka Masala and Chicken Jalfrezi can be made vegetarian. Please notify us of time of booking. Large car park at venue.
