Pat and Dominique, over the years, have been very lucky and have travelled the world. Some times by car, air, rail and even ship! (Dominique likes ships - she can pack everything! Dominique doesn't like Budget Airlines, she is restricted to one small suitcase - complaining, that it is no wonder that we all look so tatty on holiday!).
During these travels, suitcases have been filled with all sorts of things - mostly food related, (although, always managing to squeeze a few things in, that are perhaps of no use, except that they are pretty). When away, there is a routine, which is stuck to. In the mornings, visits to food shops and markets - in the afternoon, after a hearty lunch, visits to the artisan and brik-a-brak markets. Some might say that those suitcases are full of car-boot rubbish! We disagree! Many of these Indian Antiquities and Collectables have featured in Pat's many cookery books!
